🕌 Mosque Architecture

Mosques around the world share iconic elements: the dome (قبة) symbolises the vault of heaven; minarets (مئذنة) are the towers from which the Adhan (call to prayer) is announced; arched windows and doorways reflect Islamic geometric art. The crescent moon and star (هلال ونجمة) crown the dome as a symbol of Islam.

📚 Islamic Arts & Education

Islamic architecture is one of the world's great artistic traditions. From the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca to the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, mosques reflect cultural identity and devotion. Mosque Builder introduces children to these visual elements through creative play — ideal for Islamic studies classes, homeschooling, Sunday schools and madrasas.

💡 Tips for Parents & Teachers

Use the Ramadan sky theme for a festive Ramadan activity. Ask children to describe the parts they chose — what does each element mean? Challenge older children to recreate a real mosque they know. The Random button generates surprise designs, great as an icebreaker. Print the saved image and display it as Islamic art in the classroom.
