Salma lives in a mountain village where snow falls in winter.
One night, the temperature dropped and snow covered the roads and rooftops.
In the morning, Salma put on her coat, gloves, and heavy boots.
She went outside with her brother, and they made a snowman with a carrot nose.
Then they noticed that the path in front of their elderly neighbour’s house was blocked by snow.
They brought two shovels and began clearing the snow away from the door.
Other neighbours heard what they were doing and came out to help.
Soon, the path was safe, and the man was able to leave his house.
He invited them to drink warm tea and thanked them for their cooperation.
Salma learned that the best part of a snowy day is everyone working together.

They brought two shovels and began clearing the snow away from the door.
أَحْضَرَا and بَدَآ refer to two people. مِجْرَفَتَيْنِ means exactly two shovels, and يُبْعِدَانِ is also dual.
— The two children work together.
